Please read the following details carefully before filling out the form:

****One Form Per Child: Please submit one separate application per child.

****For example, if you have two children, you must complete this form twice.

Fees *(Non-Refundable):*

Early Bird Registration (Before July 31, 2026): $150 per child

Regular Registration (August 1 – September 1, 2026): $250 per child - add the flyer also .

Orientation: Saturday, August 29, 2026

First Day of Classes: September 12, 2026
