Welcome to the official page of Bee the Change! Bee the Change is a Girl Scout Gold Award Project working to protect the Rusty Patched Bumble Bee.

The Rusty Patched Bumble Bee, (Bombus Affinis), is a vital pollinator to the Midwestern and Northeastern regions of the United States of America. It is so important because it pollinates the early and late-blooming plants of the Midwest and Northeast. Without these plants, gardens won't be able to grow. Unfortunately, the Rusty Patched Bumble Bee is an endangered species, and it is in need of our help. This website will teach you how you can help the Rusty Patched Bumble Bee.
