Michael Fricke

Chief Operating Officer

Michael is a large advocate for small businesses and innovative technologies. His experience lies in providing liquidity to small business owners in the lower middle markets through recapitalizations, majority buyouts, and growth capital. He is passionate about disruptive technologies and has extensive experience in algorithmic coding for the purpose of trading equities.

Ian is passionate about working with solutions ranging from addressing industry-wide problems to bringing innovation to niche processes and organizations. He seeks opportunities to build impactful and successful businesses, and to add capital, insight, and other resources to work with problem-solvers and their ideas. Some areas of particular interest due to modest experience include FinTech, cryptocurrency, Blockchain, robotics/automation, AdTech, and big data / machine-learning. Ian will be working at Houlihan Lokey post graduation in their Illiquid Financial Assets group.
