Family Membership Form 2023-2024 School Year

We encourage EVERYONE to join! Parents, grandparents, teachers, community members; anyone interested in supporting education is valued and welcomed.

 Membership dues are just $5 per family per year. 

Membership is simple and does not commit you to volunteering and/or require you to attend monthly meetings. 

So, what does your PTO membership help us do? The PTO funds important school initiatives, supplements the needs of our incredible teachers and staff, and cultivates the spirit of community that our families feel at Ehrhardt. Your child benefits when you join the PTO!
