In continuing to work towards being more eco and financially friendly, Camper Registration Forms are now available digitally through the above link. There are a few ways to complete and submit camper registration and payment:
Completing the form:
You can print out the form and fill in a hard copy
With adobe acrobat, or a similar application, you can fill in the PDF digitally
Sending in your form:
Printed forms can be mailed to Alvarado Day Camp P.O. Box 442 Pinole, CA 94564
Digital forms, or scanned forms, can be sent to alvaradodaycamp@gmail.com
Payment:
Checks can be mailed to Alvarado Day Camp P.O. Box 442 Pinole, CA 94564
Digital payments can be made through Cheddar Up.
