SGH, new freezer Complex

THERMAclad is currently busy with the installation of a 15,500m2 Freezer complex facility using imported SINTEX PIR cored Insulated Panels.

The complex is made up of 4 Low Temperature Freezer Rooms, a Staging Area and 8 external Loading Bays. Details for a further array of Steri Rooms is still being finalised.

New suburb under construction

THERMAclad has been appointed to install the insulated roofing panels for the current housing project at Greenville.

Garden Cities is underway with the construction of the first phase of the project which totals 15,000 houses.

RCL, Worcester

THERMAclad is underway with a small extension of the Lugg Store for Rainbow Chickens. Exciting project as it is the first time the client is using imported PIR Bs1,d0 fire performance Insulated Panels.

THERMAclad is able to assist all our clients with any fire performance or fire rated Insulated Panels. As an approved installer of this and other FM Global systems our offerings cover a wide variety of needs.

Johnson & Johnson

THERMAclad won the tender for the supply and installation of FM Approved Insulated Panels manufactured by Gridnic Industries for the SMP Phase 5 Upgrade and Additions to the current facility in Retreat, Cape Town.

Specific installation protocol must be strictly followed in order for the overall installation to be FM Approved and certified.

THERMAclad is an authorized Gridnic FM Approved installer and will be able to provide the FM certification for the installation upon completion.

With Phase 5 handed over to the client THERMAclad is now busy with the installation of Phase 6a which includes a Tablets Bulk Holding Room, Airlock and Wash Bay.
