Senior Dues: $215 broken up into two payments (Payment 1 due: 9/30, Payment 2 due: 11/26)
All payments are brought to Mr. Santos in the Cafeteria. Students must take their receipts (PROM NOT INCLUDED)

Students will receive their senior gift
Light refreshments to follow the awards ceremony
Prom: Wednesday, June 3rd
Location: Leonard's Palazzo
Cost: $130-$135
Time: 6pm-11pm (Students are not permitted into the venue after 7pm and cannot leave until 10pm)
Senior Luncheon: Friday, June 5th
Students eligible are invited to the QHST field to participate in yearbook signing and various activities
Lunch and snacks will be provided
Graduation: Monday, June 22nd 7pm
Location: St. John's University, Carnesecca Arena
Students will receive 10 tickets for family/friends
Students must arrive at St. John's at 5pm, families are not permitted inside until 6pm
Personal Stoles/Cords ARE NOT PERMITTED
Following is the payment plan for senior dues. It is required that you pay senior dues according to the payment plan. All Payments are due on or before the indicated date, Your cooperation will make your senior year a successful experience. Doesn't include senior trip. We look forward to making your final year of high school an experience you will not forget!

Checks, cash, and money order will be accepted. Please have tour child submit payment to COSA's. in room 227 (the Student Government office). A receipt will be issued for all payments.
Below are some important information regarding the Senior Portrait:
All seniors should have taken their senior portraits on 5/10 or 6/26 here at QHST ($20)
If you do not take your Yearbook Senior Portrait - you will not be in the Senior Section of your Yearbook.
