This presentation is my most requested seminar. Variations of it have been presented to Work-Based Learning Coordinators in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Utah, Virginia, and Florida; as well as to Coordinators across the country at three National Conferences. It covers how to turn a Work-Based Learning program into a completely digital program. I introduce the seminar participants to the tools that can be used to facilitate this 'digital conversion'. I also offer 'How To' tutorials for each tool as well as provide other resources (free) for Work-Based Learning Coordinators.

Perkins V vs CCRPI: Course Numbering

Here is a video explaining the CCRPI and PerkinsV considerations for WBL Course Numbering. The CIP Chart in the video has been updated. Please refer to the updated CIP chart here. ItA can also be found in the updated 2021 WBL manual as well as in the section below - "WBL Course Numbering Template and CIP Chart"

This graphic is a response to the recent confusion within the Georgia Work-Based Learning Coordinator community. The switch to Perkins V brought with it some unexpected changes in the way that we code and our students and generate the correct course numbers. It is vital that we do this correctly for two because we want to be funded for each student in our program under Perkins V--which ONLY counts students who qualify as 'program concentrators' (a student having two or more classes within the same pathway). Students who do not qualify as 'program concentrators' may still participate in WBL, but they will not be recognized under the Perkins V funding model.
