Homework

Homework:

The purpose of homework is a twofold; to review class instruction AND to practice responsibility. If the homework is forgotten at home this is not considered to be a responsible act.

Math (Daily):

To reinforce the skills they learned in class and so you can see what they are learning, each child will get their own math homework every night. This homework will be NIGHTLY and needs to be returned the following day. There may be SOME nights where there is no Math Page, students will be expected to spend more time to practice those math facts for those nights.

Math facts also need to be practiced every night.

Reading:

I firmly believe in the importance of reading for at least thirty minutes every night. Please fill out the reading log.
