DRESSING ROOM RULES
Taking photos and videos in the dressing rooms is strictly prohibited
Use inside voices
Respect others' costumes and belongings
No running, piggy back rides, rough housing, or acro tricks
Keep your area clean and organized using labels, bags/laundry bins, clothing racks, etc
At the end of the show, please clean up
No one will be let out of the Dressing Room areas until the end of the show
The fewer items you bring, the better. Avoid bringing items of value. The rooms are small and things can easily get lost!
(no items except costume, shoes, and recital shirt for Children's Showcase)
AUDIENCE @ Rehearsals
During Blocking and Dress Rehearsals, students must stay in their assigned rows. In order for the practices to be safe and run on time, we need to be able to find our students! No running around, throwing food, or going in the balcony.
Parents must supervise their dancers. No drop off and pick ups unless the dancer is left in the care of another adult.
We will have row assignments posted in the foyer of the theatre on rehearsal days.
No flash photography. But, photo and video taking is allowed at rehearsals!
Audience @ Recital
Students will be in dressing rooms for the whole show. No one may enter or leave until the show is completely over. Including parents of dancers.
As an audience member, we highly encourage applause! However, it is never appropriate to scream out a child's name or yell in any way.
Because we present a professional performance, we ask that you remain seated during the entire performance. There will be an intermission in the Recital Showcase. Do not get up in the middle of a number. If you have to leave the theatre, please wait until the end of a number to move.
Parents with infants: if your child begins to cry or create a distraction, please quickly exit the auditorium.
Calling all adults!!
Please help us be the eyes in the audience. If you see things that should not be happening, notify a staff member or enforce the rules if you feel comfortable. We need your help so that everyone can have a great time!
