My scientific training is grounded in implementation science, working over a decade in the rigorous world of healthcare research, where mental, behavioral health, and substance use interventions were more than academic pursuits—they were opportunities to foster real-world change. The skills I honed over the years form the foundation of my consulting across various industries, guaranteeing that strategies are underpinned by a thorough, evidence-based approach. 

My career in consulting can be characterized as diverse and dynamic, with roles ranging from: 

• Director of Continuing Education: solely responsible for the development, management, and evaluation of a research society’s professional development programs, which were accredited through the American Psychological Association, focusing on advancing the expertise and knowledge base of psychologists

• Measurement Consultant: specialized in advising on advanced research methodologies and training teams on how to evaluate assessments, a role that involved my expertise being leveraged across various grants to enhance the precision, reliability, and validity of research outcomes

• Health Equity Program Manager: spearheaded initiatives to drive transformative changes, targeting the creation of more inclusive clinic practices and equitable healthcare access and outcomes for all community members
