Bon Patron is a free grammar check (French) to be used online. It corrects spelling, punctuation and grammar. It is a good tool for your students as it explains the notions and doesn't automatically corrects the text, so your students have to do it themselves, helping them practice correct French writing. 

Wordtune can de used online or as a Chrome add-on. Wordtune checks your sentences and suggests other ways of saying the same idea. It is a great way for your students to aquire new vocabulary.
