Weeks 1 & 2 & 3 Workouts - Body weight only
Week 4 - We add weights this week to the workouts - if you do not have dumbbells, a gallon of water is 8 pounds - be mindful not to lift too heavy, take some water out if you cannot keep the proper form.
Hitting -
Ideal scenario is a tee, baseballs/softballs and net
If you do not have a net, use a tee and wiffle balls
If no tee or net, the drills can be done with a bat focusing on the mechanics of the drill
Fielding -
Baseballs/Softballs for a number of the drills
Tennis balls for others that are off the wall
Throwing -
Small towel for the towel drill
Baseballs/Softballs and net
