The IPR Manual is a compilation of the essential policies and guidelines designed to serve as a reference to safeguard the rights of the creators and other producers of intellectual products, processes, and services. The policies and guidelines are embodied in 22 articles to assist the stakeholders of PRMSU to harness the full benefits of their creation covered as industrial property rights and copyright.
