Both assessed by exam only
Mathematics is assessed by sitting three examination papers.
The dates for examinations is yet to be decided.
Paper 1 (Non Calculator) - 80 marks
Paper 2 (Calculator) - 80 marks
Paper 3 (Calculator) - 80 marks
Each paper is 90 minutes in duration.
Further Maths is assessed by sitting two examination papers.
The dates are yet to be confirmed.

Each paper is 105 minutes in duration.
Each pupil has their own Hegarty Maths account and we encourage all pupils to revise by watching the videos on Hegarty Maths and attempting the associated quiz. Revision Guides can be purchased from the Mathematics Department on request.

Pupils are also encouraged to buy their own "CASIO" scientific calculator, given that two of the three examination
papers require the use of a calculator. The recommended calculator (Casio Fx 83-GTX) can be purchased from
the school at the disounted price of £8 (normally £12-£15 in most shops).
