Information on this year's Band Camp will be provided here! Be sure to check back often for updates.
Our 2026 BAND CAMP will be held at Pennsylvania Western University: California, from July 26th to July 31st. Our Pre-Band Camp will be held at Wash High, from July 20th to July 23rd. It is MANDATORY that ALL MEMBERS attend both camps to prepare for our summer performances and marching season! And ... attending Band Camp gets you to stay on a university campus and have fun with your friends and no parents (sorry parents)!
Band Camp Cost: $350 / student
Monies will be collected at each Band Aides Meeting on June 24th ($175) and July 22rd ($175), in the cafeteria @ 5:30 PM. For financial support, please contact me.

For Band Camp, you will be experiencing a college-campus life. You will stay in Johnson Hall for residents, eat in the Gold Rush Dining Hall, and have access to student recreational areas. Be sure to read the band trip rules and expectations, rules for the residence & dining halls, and anti-hazing. Also look at the checklist of items to bring to band camp!

Residence Halls
You will be staying in Guesman Residence Hall. The rooms are double-occupancy (unless triple-occupancy is needed) with a private bath. The Halls have controlled entry to building and rooms, front desk staff, and security cameras. They are individually climate-controlled rooms with high-speed wireless Internet. Halls also include full kitchen areas and lounges with large-screen TVs and media players. On the left is a video on the Residence Halls at PennWest California.

PennWest California dining locations include all-you-care-to-eat Gold Rush dining center, plus food court and coffeehouse options. Students are required to attend every meal. Here is more information on the AVI Dining and Hospitality Services.
