ALL Oklahoma license holders must maintain certification of a completed Responsible Beverage Sale or Service (RBSS) and present an official certificate along with a valid liquor license on the premises. Not presenting a valid RBSS certificate will result in revocation of license. For Questions or concerns, please contact the ABLE commission (405) 521-3484.
