Service in CAS is a collaborative and reciprocal engagement with the community in response to an authentic need. As a shining beacon of our values, CAS enables students to demonstrate attributes of the IB Learner Profile in real and practical ways, to grow as unique individuals and to recognise their role in relation to others. Students develop skills, attitudes and dispositions through a variety of individual and group experiences that provide students with opportunities to explore their interests and express their passions, personalities and perspectives.

SERVICE IDEAS
Friends of The Bats and Bushcare - A volunteer group that helps with environmental preservation. They are facing an extinction level of danger thanks to climate change and the recent heatwaves.
St Kilda Mums - Fundraise or Volunteer. St Kilda Mums rely on the generosity of the community to enable them to give at-risk families the essential items they need to keep their children safe.
FareShare - Fundraise or Volunteer. FareShare rescues surplus food and cooks free, nutritious meals for Victorians doing it tough.
Provide peer tutoring to junior students
Conservation Volunteers - Conservation Volunteers makes it easy for people to care for nature by volunteering on one of the many conservation projects across the country.
Food Security Network - Providing opportunity for students to be part of something bigger then themselves.
