To complete PUSD’s online Volunteer Application for 5th Grade Camp volunteering:

1. Go to Applitrack.com Online Application, at this link.

2. Select the “Apply ” button at the right of the page, next to Job ID 278. The next page will say “Welcome New Applicant. ” Select “Start” at the right of the screen to begin the application process. 

3. The next section requires an email and password to be set up in order to proceed. Please save your password to this application so that you can make any revisions needed at a later time.

4. Select the “Next Page” button to proceed throughout the remainder of the application

   • Complete this section.

2.  Postal Address

   • Complete this section.

3.  Vacancy Desired

   • Scroll to the bottom of the page.

   • Select “Volunteers – General” and click on “Job ID 278 – Volunteer Elementary School, Middle School, High School.”

   • Indicate via the drop down menu your number of years of relevant experience. 

     • Only select this volunteer position. If you select anything else the application will change and there will be more pages of forms to complete that are not listed in this guide.

4.  Position Desired

   • Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Volunteer listing. You will be asked to select a category of Volunteer from a list.

   • Select “Community Volunteer” only.

5.  Language Skills

   • Complete this section.

6.  Please Review and Acknowledge

   • Are you receiving ASRS? Select “No”.

7.  Legal Information

   • Complete this section. No explanations required.

8.  Additional Information

   • Enter “Parent/Guardian Volunteer for 5th Grade Overnight Camp”

9.  Volunteer Application

   • Complete this section.

   • Select “Granite Mountain Upper Elementary School” as the school location.

10.  Interests and Location

    • Enter “5th Grade Overnight Camp”

    • Check your skills and interest areas.

    • Under preferred location, select “Granite Mountain Upper Elementary School”.

    • Under days available, select your options.

    • Enter your personal reference.

    • Select “Yes” for the remaining boxes.

    • Digitally sign.

11.  Read This Paragraph Before Signing

    • Select “Yes”.

12.   Confirmation

    • Select “Submit Application”.

    • When you have submitted your application, you will receive a message page saying “Finished!” and an email notifying you your application was successfully submitted.
