Pick Up & Drop Off

We have a lot of traffic in the mornings and afternoons at Abia Judd! In order to ensure a smooth drop off and pick up time we follow a very specific process. Please read through the following and call the office with any questions.

Everyone must plan ahead and be courteous when pulling into our parking lot. It will take time to get everyone through our parking lot during these times.

Please ensure that you have familiarized yourself with our procedures and review the parking lot flow map and video below.

Drop Off/Pick Up Procedures

SCHOOLPASS

You should have received a yellow carline card that includes a 5 digit code followed by parent last name. Please be sure to have that card displayed when you pick up your student. If you are parking and picking up, you will need to check in with an adult out front with either your 5 digit code or your name. Students will not be dismissed from their classrooms until 2:20 PM.

If your child has a change to how they are going home, you will need to make those changes in the app by 2:00 PM. See the video below These changes will be displayed to teachers at the end of the day to ensure that students get to the correct locations at end of day.

SchoolPass App for Parents

Making Changes in SchoolPass

A couple of reminders for dismissal to help ensure your child is where they need to be, especially if you need to make changes. Note: changes cannot be made after 2:00 PM to ensure that students get to the correct location.

Parents can add students or remove them from a bus or activity. If you need your child to ride home with another student you must either contact the office OR add the other student's parent as an approved driver on SchoolPass.
