Hello Abia Judd Families,
We hope you are having a wonderful summer break so far!
Construction on our library was completed today and we will officially be able to reopen our library for the upcoming school year! Our office also officially opened today. Please be patient as we catch up on voicemails and emails from our summer closure.
The first day of school is August 1st! Please be sure to read through this whole newsletter for important information on meet the teacher, supply lists, bus transportation, and more.

Returning the Abia Judd?
We understand that plans can change over the summer. If you are no longer planning on attending Abia Judd this school year can you please contact our office at (928)-717-3263 or send an email to susan.weber@prescottschools.com. This helps us to ensure that our class lists and numbers are correct and allows us to open up space to students who may be on a waitlist.
Meet the Teacher
Class lists will be sent out via email on Monday, July 29th in the evening.
Kindergarten Meet the Teacher & Information Night
Tuesday, July 30th starting at 5:30 PM. This night will go over important information for kindergarten families as well as give a chance to see the classroom, drop of supplies, and connect with your child's teacher.
1st - 4th Grade Meet the Teacher
Wednesday, July 31st from 2:00 - 3:00 PM. During this time all staff will be on campus and you are welcome to walk around and meet our office staff, special area teachers, drop off school supplies, and meet your child’s teacher(s).
STUDENT SUPPLY LIST
Transportation
If you are new to our school, if you have changed addresses, or if your child did not ride the bus last year, you will need to register prior to your child being able to ride the bus. If you need to make any changes to your child's route - such as stops or days, please fill out a new registration.
If you registered for bus transportation last year and have no changes to your address, you do not need to reregister for this school year.
