Hello Families,
In the Nurse’s Corner sent out on March 8th, the trends of illnesses we are seeing in our schools is reported. Influenza is now rising again, we have had another case of Mono diagnosed and we still are seeing Colds, Strep, Pink Eye and COVID. We ask that you please continue safe practices:
Handwashing - being diligent on washing your hands. Click on the link for more information on when to wash your hands: When to Wash your Hands
If sick, staying home (refer to our Too Sick for School Guidelines - COVID-19 Guidelines are included)
If a family member is sick, please monitor yourself for symptoms and test if you suspect you have COVID-19, Influenza, Strep or RSV.

We are also attaching the COVID-19 Guidelines Chart that follows our too-sick for school guidelines. The chart attached lays out what to do for each symptom.

Student Health Information Form & Medication Consent:
Health Forms have been sent through Infinite Campus and in paper form.
If you have any difficulties accessing it, please let me know.

Important Forms Regarding Health Conditions:
If your child has Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy/Seizures, or Requires an Epi-Pen, you will need to fill out the form associated with the condition.
We would like to be able to also be in contact with your child’s physician if there are incidents/questions; if you could fill out the release of information form, we would appreciate it for all children with the above conditions. (FYI - We would need one for each clinic that provides the orders we are following)

Please fill out this form if you would like your child to take their prescription medications here at school. (ADHD meds, Inhalers, Epinephrine, etc.)
Over-the-Counter Medications - OTC Medication Form.docx
Please fill out this form if you would like to keep medications here at school that are over the counter (This includes cough medicine, Midol, etc.)
