Program

The workshop is planned to be a blend of knowledge sharing and group service design activity. Apart from two domain talks, selected case studies will be presented by the authors. Depending upon the number of participants, we will create groups of five participants each and assign a service design "problem" situation oriented towards behaviour change. Each group will be given time to give a 5 minute to present their approach and solution according to a standardised format (e.g. design problem, key challenge, solution concept). The workshop will conclude with discussion and feedback session.
