Call for Submissions

The participants are requested to submit a case study / position papers / Notes on practices followed / Notes on professional experiences in the form of an extended abstract (1000 words, excluding references). The abstract should highlight the design challenges, process followed, results achieved and how the challenges were addressed. It is not essential to follow the conventional academic style. Lived experiences and practices written in a well structured manner are welcome.

Invited experts will review the submissions and intimate acceptance / provisional acceptance to the participants by the given date. Three submissions would be selected for presentation and poster display (subject to availability of display space). The accepted submissions would need to be modified, if necessary, to reflect the review comments. Selected submissions, along with the suggested reading material will be circulated to all participants for prior reading before the workshop.

Important Dates:

• August 10, 2017: Submission deadline
• Interim Period for review of registrations
• August 25, 2017: Notification of final workshop participants list
• August 31, 2017: Camera-ready workshop papers due for extended abstract

The selected submissions will be published in official adjunct conference proceedings during the conference.

• The reviewers would determine the suitability for acceptance based on criteria such as alignment to the workshop theme, relevance to the intended participants and overall quality. The decision of the reviewers would be final.

Similarly, please adhere to the format specified by the conference publishers for inclusion in the conference adjunct proceedings.
