Service Design Meets Design for Behaviour Change: Opportunities and Challenges

September 25, 2017

Increasingly, services aim to influence or change behaviours in an ethical manner, particularly to address concerns like sustainability and social impact. Organisations attempt to weave these themes while achieving business goals. The workshop aims to explore the overlap and relationship between the Service Design and Design for Behaviour Change through sharing knowledge, practices, hands on design activities and reflection.

The workshop is meant for service design practitioners (as well as aspiring service design practitioners) and researchers who are associated with designing and implementing services in any business domain.

Those involved in healthcare, social impact ventures and citizen services might be particularly interested. Since both service design and design for behaviour change require multidisciplinary participation, interested designers / practitioners from any discipline are welcome.
