How to Use:
Click a Vehicle Type for the PMCS desired.
Find the QR for the Model.
Save/Download the File to your Mobile Device.
Fill out the PDF.
Save As... it and Email it to your Clerks or Motor Sergeant for processing.

This is how I create the QRs, assuming that you already have a Gmail account set up and are using your GDrive:

In order to add these to the QR LIST > the following is the Template Design Required. Organized and "dress, right - dress."

FILE: DA 5988E, First Page of TM (for NSNs, EICs, & sometimes image), & PMCS Portion

1. Use the Technical Manual Number, the Material Number (NIIN), or the LIN (not recommended, due to ILOs or subs), in AESIP > LIW Portal > ETM/IETM App > download the -10 TM. Larger TMs will have 10-1, -2, -3s — you'll need determine which TM the PMCS portion lies in — I've found that it's usually the last one.

2. Upload them to the Google Drive.

3. You can use Lumin PDF as a free way to Extract the FIRST PAGE and PMCS portion of the TM.
   I'm invested in this personally, so I use Small PDF, because it works better and the Extract feature is amazing — but it is a paid service with a desktop app.

4. After Extracting the first page and the PMCS portion, Download it back to your PC.

5. You have to use Adobe Acrobat on your PC, to Insert the DA Form 5988E (fillable) as the First Page to the document, before Page 1 of the TM. You cannot do it through GDrive on Lumin or SmallPDF because the document wont be fillable. At this point, I update the MODEL #, the NOMEN, the NSN (+EIC, if applicable), the TM# and TM date to the PDF and Save it.

6. This is what is Uploaded as the final document (filename: MODEL_PMCS.PDF) - back to the GDrive.
   Remember to Organize your Folders accordingly, because if you create a link and then start moving files, the links will break, and need to be redirected again.

7. Now to create the QR Code for this file that you have uploaded, use QR Code Generator — because of continuity and Privacy terms.
   This site is the bread-and-butter, because it creates DYNAMIC QR Codes; this means that if the URL to the file changes at some point in time, you can change the URL associated with the QR code, instead of the QR breaking and ruining your hard work.

8. From here, I upload them to the QR Master List and the website. And that's it.
