THIS DOES NOT ALLEVIATE THE REQUIREMENT OF A TM, IN EQUIPMENT BII.
The PMCS QR Project, https://PQRS.ARMY, & https://MAINTENANCE.ARMY
— are not endorsed by TACOM.
What does that mean? — It means that because it is not an Army-approved project, that they cannot support it.
I was told that it is a force multiplying project for efficiency, mobility, and readiness - but they cannot stamp it: "Army Approved."
I, SFC Jeffrey A. Newberry, am the sole owner and operator of this site and QR unofficial PMCS (Army) Project.
I am not endorsed or paid, by any of this.
It has purely been the voluntary intentions of a Motor Sergeant (now Maintenance Instructor), to better a Unit, that evolved into an U.S. Army-wide PMCS tool. I have spent my own money on the websites and web-space, time, and efforts to develop this to Support the Fight.
While I have been praised by Major Commands across the U.S. Army, I understand that this does not equate to their endorsement either.
If at such time that the Army deems this project to be a threat, then that bridge will be crossed at that time, to determine an final outcome.
