Vaccine Schedule

If your first dose is Wednesday May 5th, then your second dose will be Wednesday May 26th.

If your first dose is Wednesday May 12th, then your second dose will be Wednesday June 2nd. (This is a Tuesday School Schedule due to Memorial Day.)

If your first dose is Wednesday May 19th, then your second dose will be Wednesday June 9th. (This is a graduatiuon day)

What do I need to bring?

Your student ID (it is not required, but prefered)
You can bring your insurance card, but it is not required or needed.
Complete your self screening at home
