About the Tournament

29 teams are competing for 2 spots at the State Tournament.

16 teams will go on to afternoon elimination rounds.

53  teams are competing for 3 spots at the State Championships.

32 teams will advance to elimination rounds in the afternoon!

The State Tournament is on April 11th at Chemeketa Community College in Salem.

Each team  plays 4 times in the morning pool play. 

No "steals on questions" for morning pool play.

Total scores from all 4 plays will determine teams who advance to the afternoon.

Afternoon Rounds are elimination rounds.

Missed questions by one team  will be given to the other team as a chance to "steal" ONLY in elimination rounds.

It takes over a hundred volunteers to make this event happen.  Please thank the people you see - moderators, coaches, registration and our invisible but invaluable room arrangers.

Lunch Options 

• bring a sack lunch 

• snack bar available during lunch with healthy options, pizza, and popcorn

•  local cafes near the Lloyd Center can prepare orders to go in advance; be prepared to meet delivery drivers at the front doors.

Parking

• please use neighborhood parking - plan ahead with extra time for parking. 

• drop off only for ADA access on NE 12th St. in front of the main entrance.
