I joined the Peninsula staff in 2013 as 7th grade Language Arts and History teacher. Prior to that I taught Language Arts, Math, and History in Battle Ground, WA for five years. I served as School Climate Coordinator from 2014-2018. I'm now a 5th grade teacher.  I hold a Masters of Teaching and a Professional Teaching License as well as an Adminstrators License. I am certified in LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling) and Tier 2 Collaborative Problem Solving. I am also trained in pediatric First Aid and CPR. In my free time, I love to hang out with my family and friends. I love to cook, read, and do anything active and outdoors.
