Vendors & Sponsors

Vendor registration is open now.

We would like to invite you to be an exhibitor at the 2024 Oregon Association of School Libraries (OASL) Fall Conference, on October 5 at Grant High School in Portland, Oregon. Our theme this year is Better Together!

We are anticipating 150+ attendees at the 2024 Fall Conference this year, as we continue to reach out to library educators in both Oregon and Washington. High School has a central area for our showcase exhibitors which will promote convenient access to your tables for our attendees.

We are planning dedicated vendor time so that attendees will have opportunities to locate exhibitors and have a real conversation about your products or services . This year we are bringing back our Vendor Bingo Card which will be given to all attendees, with questions from each of our Vendors. Any attendee who fills out the entire Bingo Card will be entered for a drawing. Additionally, Vendors have the opportunity to provide door prizes. Door prize entries are gathered at the vendor table who is donating the door prize, providing vendors and attendees with another chance for connection.

Registration fee for vendors includes the following:

● 6’ table, 2 chairs, access to electricity and wireless Internet.

● Table location will be given on a first come, first served basis.

● Tables will be located in a common area with substantial foot traffic.

● Display of your company logo at the conference.

● Your attendance at all sessions and meals/events at no additional cost.

● The option of purchasing additional meals for your guests.

Door Prizes

All our Vendors are welcome to bring a door prize! We will recognize your contribution at the Saturday Luncheon. Winners will have until 5:15 pm Saturday to pick up their prize from your table. Each vendor who is offering a door prize will have a container on their table for entries encouraging attendees to visit your booth. Author or Session Sponsorship

Vendors are invited to sponsor an author or session for more advanced participation. All sponsors will generate more recognition via our event signage and in the conference program. Additionally, Gold and Platinum sponsors will be recognized at the session or event they are sponsoring. Thank you for considering this additional support of the OASL Conference and our programming.
