-PLC Teaching and Learning Planning Cycles, Increase Literacy Capacity Among Our Black, Native, Hispanic, Latino, and Multilingual Students-
I will collaborate with my ILT and staff to develop rigorous and accessible instruction that is engaging, while affirming students' identities. Organize and co-facilitate PLCs to incorporate ELLevation strategies.

Awesome-great teaching? The kind of teaching that makes you feel like your changing a person's life? The kind that reminds you of WHY you became a teacher in the first place? It's a superpower. It's also a science and critical discipline. We can read tons of educational books and attend mind-blowing workshops, and this is why I am here. As a previous full-time classroom teacher, I know what it's like to spend hours researching and finding new tools to develop our practice. Now I have made it my full-time commitment to do this for Beaumont staff.

Como especialista de instrucción de Beaumont, estoy aquí para apoyar a los maestrxs y al personal a seleccionar e implementar estrategias personalizadas para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros estudiantes. Mi objetivo es ayudar a crear las condiciones para el aprendizaje y la transformación, así como afirmar el valor y la dignidad de nuestros maestrxs. Mi oficio no es evaluativo, pero es reflexivo y basado en la indagación.
As Beaumont's Instructional Specialist, I am here to support teachers and staff select and implement tailored strategies to meet the needs of our learners. My goal is to help create the conditions for deep learning and transformation, as well as affirm the worth and dignity of our teachers. My role is non-evaluative, but it is reflective and inquiry-based.

Update and maintain BMS School Site and Trivory App
Create supportive experience for Guest Teachers (Subs)

Facilitate testing coordination for BMS
Facilitate Latinx family advocacy group
