Leaders will meet in grade-band groups to learn and practice together how to use Component 1 of our Instructional Framework as an observation and coaching tool. This two-part session will include guided time to unpack a standard, calibrate around evidence of grade level/standards-aligned instruction in a video lesson, and craft and deliver targeted teacher feedback using our Instructional Framework as a guide.
Note: K-8 administrative teams should plan to send one administrator to a PK-5 session and one administrator to a 6-8 session.
