Who is attending this event? Approximately 1,300 classified staff are invited to attend and 250 new hires, including Special Education, and Administration.
What workshops are going to be offered? A variety of workshops will be offered for everyone
Where can I find information about the workshops? On the Workshops page of the website. Browse through the workshop descriptions and select the session you are interested in attending.
Should I register for the workshops? Yes, registration is required.
Do I need to register for the event? Yes, please follow the instructions below.
Log in to your my.pps.net dashboard.
Click the Pepper icon.
Select PD Calendar from the top menu.
Click Find.
Choose the date range 1/26/26.
Click Register for an event in Session 1.
Click Register for an event in Session 2.
Click Register for an event in Session 3.
Click Register for an event in Session 4.
Click Register for an event in Session 5.
Click Dashboard to view all sessions you have registered for.
How do I get my Certificate of Attendance?
Register for the Event. If you have not registered, you will not receive a certificate. You must register for the Event in Pepper.
Sign your name on the sign-in sheet the day of, an administrator will update your attendance.
Certificates are available under Tools on the menu card. To download your certificate, click on the certificate icon.
How long is the Professional Development event? 8:15 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
If I need a work device, where can I get one? Speak directly with your supervisor.
Do I need to attend? Yes, this is a required work day. If you are a part-time employee, you will need to work with your supervisor regarding your work schedule on January 26th, 2026.
