Directions and Overview of Process:
- To engage in a reflective practice during the school year, review the DL421 Professional Growth Menu for your school during Teacher Work Week. Identify the option(s) that supports your professional goals. Engage in a discussion with your administrator about your menu selection(s).
- Select your DL421 Professional Growth Menu Option(s) on the October PD Day. The options should add up to 10 points. Selection Form (form opens on 10/14)
- Based on the Selection Form, your division leads will contact you by November.
- Engage in a reflective practice during the year by meeting the requirements listed for your selected option(s). Complete DL421 Professional Growth Options by May 15th. (See the next page for the Professional Growth Options.)
