What is Coaching?
As the coach, listen closely to the teacher and guide him/her to answer reflective questions that allow opportunities for growth. Coaches can provide guidance, but the next steps should always be agreed upon by the teacher. The best coaches lead the teacher in a practice of re-examination and revision of learning activities that ultimately support student outcomes.
