Hi Everyone,

My name is Hilary Ramirez and I am a School Counselor in the Poway Unified School District. Counseling for the last five years in the school district that I grew up in, is truly a dream come true.

I attended California State University Northridge where I received my Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Family Consumer Sciences. I then attended National University where I received my Masters in School Counseling and an Administration Credential.

I pride myself in creating long lasting relationships with my students. You will find resources for students and; parents, as well as educators who are looking to implement or supervise new programs on your campuses. Currently I oversee Peace Patrol, Student Council, No Place for Hate committee and 5th Grade Book Club.

When I am not at work I love to read, travel, watch sports, visit our local Zoo and Safari Park, and hang out with family and friends in sunny San Diego.
