Our goals for AVID will ensure that all students:

• Will succeed in rigorous curriculum
• Will enter the extracurricular activities of TPMS
• Will be educated and responsible students
• Will enter into a 4-year University

Student expectations include:

• Students need to be organized before school (daily)
• Students will be prepared with their supplies everyday
• Students will participate, listen carefully, stay on task, get involved, & ask questions
• Students will be respectful; of themselves, others, teachers, & administrators.
• Students will have a silent reading book available at all times.
• Students are expected to write in all home fun (homework) assignments every day
