This training has been designed to guide you through the Stoplight implementation process. Our team will support your organization through the different stages, from the introduction to the Stoplight framework to facilitation and intervention design.
This training is divided in 5 courses and 20 session in total. Each session will provide your organization with relevant knowledge to move forward the implementation process. In some cases, after completing a session, your implementation team will need to work on hands-on activities.

What to expect
Please expect your team to dedicate at least 8 hours to complete the sessions and take the module assessment. This will ensure your organization has the required knowledge to implement the Stoplight optimally and know how to create impact in the field.
It is important that your team is fully aware of their role and responsibility within this process. All implementation steps will be carried out by your team, whereas the Stoplight team will act as consultants for this process.

This course is intended for implementing organizations interested in adapting the Stoplight survey to their local context or partners interested in getting familiar with the new adaptation process. Learn the revised steps for adapting the Stoplight and ensure the validity and reliability of your survey.

What to expect
Please expect your technical team to dedicate at least 28 hours to finish your first adaptation draft. This will ensure your organization measures multidimensional poverty and aligns the Stoplight to your institutional goals and the reality of your participants.
After the first adaptation draft is finished, your technical team will validate the survey through focus groups and field testing. This process can take up to 2 months to be completed.
