Where is the Researcher Gathering?

• The event will take place at Northwestern University's Evanston, IL campus. Specific rooms and directions are linked on each program page.

Where do I park?

• Here is a parking map for campus. Parking can be validated at the front desk of the Kellogg Global Hub (if you do not work at or attend Northwestern). Please mention the Researcher Gathering.

How do I RSVP?

• RSVP is by invitation only and is currently closed.

What hotel do I stay at?

• Hotel options include:

Will the conference have any remote presentations?

• No, the conference is fully in-person at Northwestern University's campus.

Will food be provided at the conference?

• We will serve breakfast and lunch each day of the conference. 

What do I do with my luggage on my hotel check-out day?

• You can either ask the hotel to store your luggage in their storage room/behind the desk or bring it to campus and connect with the front desk staff at the Kellogg Global Hub.

Where do I get food after the conference?

• Here are some restaurants near campus that recommend:

Can I post presentations on social media?

• The conference is a closed-door event. You can post pictures of your own presentations but not others' unless you have their permission.
