Working with Multiple Calendars:
Add a Potomac Calendar: To add a Potomac calendar, first copy the calendar URL from the Potomac calendar subscriptions website. Then, go to your Google Calendar click on the arrow beside "Other Calendars" in the left sidebar, and select "Add by URL." Paste the URL in the pop-up box and select "Add Calendar."
Invite People to a Calendar Event: Invite people to meetings and other gatherings via Calendar. They will receive an email invite and can RSVP directly through that. The event will appear in their Google Calendar as well.
