POST-SCHOOL OUTCOMES SURVEY
Seniors, one year after you graduate, you may be invited to take a short survey, the Post-School Outcomes Survey. The purpose of this survey is to find out how students are doing after they graduate. Are they enrolled in postsecondary education, such as college or a training program? Are they employed? What parts of their school experience were most helpful to connect them with positive post-school outcomes? This data is used to guide improvements to special education and transition services. IF YOU RECEIVE THIS SURVEY, please take the time to complete it.
