Poteau Public Schools is proud to announce that our Pirate Quest Program has been chosen to receive the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Learning Center Grant for our Primary and Upper Elementary Schools! This grant will allow us to continue offering free quality afterschool and summer learning opportunities for our students at the Primary and Upper Elementary for the next 5 years! Poteau Pirate Quest will strive to continue finding incredible learning opportunities for our students at all levels and are proud to continue our efforts to support our students, families and community!! We would like to give a huge shout out to our amazing staff!! This would not have been made possible without them and their incredible efforts to support our students and our program!! Their passion, engagement and creativity have made the way for this incredible opportunity!
If you would like to be considered for our after school program, please complete this 2025 Pirate Quest Application.
Please submit a separate form for each student you wish to enroll. Form must be filled out completely and anything not completed may disqualify a student from participation in the Pirate Quest After School Program. Your application will be checked for qualifying criteria. If your child qualifies for Pirate Quest After School Program, you will be notified by August 2, 2024. Late submissions will be considered on a case by case basis. If your child qualifies for Pirate Quest After School Program but your application was received after all spots have been filled, your child will be placed on a waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified.
