Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and among the Historic Hotels of America, Hayes Mansion, the original luxury estate was constructed in 1905 and is situated on six acres of real estate adjacent to a 20-acre park. They underwent a $20 million renovation that was completed in 2020 that included 214 revamped guest rooms and suites, 33,000 square feet of upgraded event space and a reimagined lobby and restaurant. The hotel has been reimagined and transports visitors back to the rich history of the Hayes Mansion estate with a twist of modern flair and amenities desired by today’s guest.
