Student Target Team

Team Members:

Principal, Interventionists, Teachers, Student Support Specialist, Specific Service Providers, Parent when appropriate

The purpose of the student target team is to provide an opportunity to discuss specific student concerns on a deeper level, for both academic and behavior. The team reviews individual student data, develops appropriate intervention plans and discusses next steps for specific students. This process may involve the parent when needed.
