Gross Motor Activities

FITNESS

Gross motor activities are movements that use the largest muscles in our bodies. These activities have many purposes, as you will see here. For example, one exercise might be the right choice for a child to help them walk or perform their activities of daily living with more ease. That same exercise might also help your child focus on their school work.

Your therapist will give you direction as to which activities are best for your child.

Physical FITNESS is an important part of healthy EVERYONE'S lifestyle. Fitness activities will look different for every individual.
