About Me

Hi, I’m Mrs. Childree! This is my 18th year teaching at Gildersleeve School. I graduated with a bachelors of art from Quinnipiac University in 2003, and in 2004 with a masters of education. I even was lucky enough to have done my student teaching at Gildersleeve, so it's been my home for many, many years!

I live in South Windsor with my husband and my two boys, Brayden and Bryce, who are in 8th and 5th grade. I honestly don’t even know how it’s possible that my BABY has surpassed the grade I teach! We also have two rambunctious cats, Ka$h and Kiwi. They are shadows to my boys and it makes my heart happy!

I love spending time with my family and friends, as well as watching my boys play baseball!
