HeartWarmers is a club that was founded in 2018 by a student who wanted to help the community but needed support to do what they wanted to accomplish.

The purpose of HeartWarmers is it to:


Knot Blankets

Students are taught to make knot blankets during our meetings.  Once they learn, they sit with a group, much like a quilting bee, and cut and tie. Each lunch period the student start and finish one blanket.  

Normally, there are 5 blankets made every Wednesday and we have so many students, we rotate every other Wednesdays to accommodate all the students. 




Central Valley Honor Flight

Students made 77 blankets for WW2 Korean-Vietnam Veterans






Kings-Tulare Alliances 

Students made 25 blankets for Kings-Tulare unhoused population



Child Welfare Services Blanket Project

Students make 40 blankets for Foster kids


Valley Children's Hospital

Students made 50 blankets for sick children
