Multiple Mindfulness apps like Stop, Breathe, and Think, Calm, and Headspace provide free versions to reduce anxiety and support overall mental health. You can also check out this rich blog post with multiple mindfulness activities and resources.
Reviews movies, apps, video games, and other media available to children. Each movie, for example, lists a parent-level age rating, along with a kid’s perspective of the appropriate age level. In addition, it gives a summary along with positive messages and violence or scariness rankings. A mobile app makes it simple to review any media children may encounter.

Journaling can have both emotional and academic benefits for students. Encourage your child to take a couple minutes each day and journal about a specific topic or simply what they are thinking or feeling. Their journaling can be in the form of writing, drawing, or short videos to themselves.

Keep Chromebooks Up to Date: It is important that you keep your Chromebook and Chrome Browser up to date. Follow these simple how to steps to make sure your device is up to date.
Chromebooks for Home: Should you require a device for your student while learning at home, please direct your request to your student's building.
Chromebook Repairs: We are aware a number of you are seeking a repair for, or to return, your PPS Chromebook. We wish to facilitate this while maintaining appropriate safeguards during this time.
We will open the Administration Building twice a week, by appointment only, to facilitate this. We will not repair Chromebooks, rather exchange them for a Chromebook that is clean and working. You can expect that when you enter the building there will be a drop off area for the Chromebook you are returning and an area with a Chromebook pre-labeled with your student’s name for pickup. We expect to open up the week of April 13th or 20th as per guidance from the state.
