Regional Volunteer Sign-up - We will need nearly 70 adults and students to conduct the MHSAA Regional on Saturday, May 17. This event will start in the morning and end in the afternoon.

Final Forms - Parents please make sure that you have uploaded and completed Finals Forms by March 10, 2025. Physicals must be uploaded to this website.

Long Jump: 6-8 people (2 recorders, 4 measuring, 2 raking) We will run 2 pits if possible.
High Jump: 3 people (1 recorder, 2 replacing the crossbar)
Discus: 4-5 people (1 recorder, 2 measuring, 2 spotting)
Shot Put: 4-5 people (1 recorder, 2 measuring, 2 spotting)
High Jump: 2-3 people (1 recorder, 2 replacing the bar)
Clerks: 2 people (help check in athletes and assign lanes and number stickers)
Finish Line: 3 people (assist with keeping finish line clear, record results)
Announcer: 1 person (announce event calls and results)
Concessions: 4 people (we will be selling beverages, candy, hot dogs, popcorn, students can help with this)
Field event workers would need to arrive by 3:45.
Clerks and finish line workers would need to arrive by 4:45.
Concession stand workers, we will use your assistance any time that you can arrive.
Track Meet Order of Events for 2025
Field events
Girls - shot put and high jump. (Followed by girls discus, pole vault and long jump)
Boys - discus, pole vault and long jump first. (Followed boys shot put and high jump)
Some schools will run long jump and pole vault at the same time, if they have two pits. We do this at PC.
Running events (Boys running events go first in 2024)

110/100 m hurdles

2024 Additional Qualifying Standards
SMAC Championships & MHSAA Regionals -
SMAC Championships = 3 entries per event, 1 relay team.
MHSAA Regionals = 2 entries per event, 1 relay team.
If a team has more athletes that achieve the additional qualifying standard (AQ), then all of those athletes may participate in that event.
Qualifying for the MHSAA Finals - To qualify for the MHSAA Finals, an athlete must finish 1st or 2nd in an event. Additional athletes can qualify if they achieve the State Finals AQ. Qualifying for the state finals must be done with performances in the event finals (not prelims) of the regional meet.
Winter Conditioning starts on Monday, November 6 in the Stable at 3:00. We will meet Monday-Friday each week.
Sprinters & Field events - Meet in the Stable on Monday-Friday. from 3:00 to 4:30.
Distance - Meet in the Stable everyday. Be prepared to run outside.
2024 Michigan Indoor Track Series - these meets are voluntary and athletes are responsible for signing up and their own transportation, as this is not a part of the official season.
